This course is the third of a three part series to learn and practice the Pharmacists' Patient Care Process (PPCP). The course provides facilitated, small group, case-based discussions used to integrate topics currently being taught in other courses and those taught previously in the curriculum. The goal is to build on skills gained in PHA189 (PPCP I) and PHA286 (PPCP II) and to apply these skills and knowledge to patient cases. This course is designed to enhance clinical reasoning skills and reinforce clinical drug knowledge in core topic areas. The course will involve the use of application-based activities that require students to solve and present complex integrated cases in a group-based learning setting.
